AIAmigo ApS uses the following sub-processors with specific data center locations and technical details. All processing takes place within the EU/EEA in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. No personal data is disclosed to third parties outside the processing chain.
Supabase Inc.
Data center: Paris, France
Hosting provider for AIamigo's PostgreSQL database, where account, team, subscription, policy, and alert metadata are stored. AIamigo does not send or store original prompt content. Cloud data handled by AIamigo is hosted in the EU.

Data center: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Email hosting and customer support platform used by AIamigo. No sensitive personal data is accessed. Zoho EU entity ensures all processing remains within EU legal frameworks.

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Headquarters: Dublin, Ireland
Payment processor. AIamigo does not access or store card data - only transaction status is returned. Stripe complies with EU law and the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for its US parent company.
